We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef to join our team at National Montessori. The ideal candidate will have a passion for preparing nutritious and delicious meals for children, a deep understanding of dietary requirements, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
*Key Responsibilities: *
– Prepare and cook meals according to the established menu, ensuring they are nutritious, balanced, and appealing to children.
– Develop and modify recipes to accommodate various dietary restrictions and preferences.
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
– Monitor food inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure kitchen supplies are adequately stocked.
– Collaborate with staff to create a positive dining experience for the children.
– Ensure all meals are prepared and served on time.
*Requirements:*
– Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a school or childcare setting.
– Strong knowledge of dietary requirements and nutrition for children.
